BigDiscountFragrances isn't connecting...goes to a page that says something like "if you've reached this page it may be because the merchant is no longer participating in this program..."

When I click on this link, it shows that it's done loading, but it's only a blank page. Might get this as a Christmas present for someone, so I was interested in checking it out! Thanks!
