That happened to me yesterday - it must have taken 40 minutes, and it was the annoying kind where you check off boxes for a particular brand, then when you click the arrow, another brand appears on...
The same thing happened to me. My history shows I didn't qualify for the auto one, and I ended up spending a long time on a different survey with a lower payout without being informed.
:) I needed to step away from the computer after that one :computer: It's not much in the grand scheme of things, but it is 35 minutes of my time I won't get back either.

I got the same email this morning, and my credits are in my account. :-)
I did the same one, and I was very careful to make sure it took at least 15 minutes. Mine is in my history as pending complete, but no credit.
It did not credit - I'm remembering why I stopped doing surveys. :(
I just completed the same one and it is showing in my history. I'll update after the top of the hour with whether or not it credits.
