That happened to me yesterday - it must have taken 40 minutes, and it was the annoying kind where you check off boxes for a particular brand, then when you click the arrow, another brand appears on...

The same thing happened to me. My history shows I didn't qualify for the auto one, and I ended up spending a long time on a different survey with a lower payout without being informed.

:) I needed to step away from the computer after that one :computer: It's not much in the grand scheme of things, but it is 35 minutes of my time I won't get back either.

I got the same email this morning, and my credits are in my account. :-)

I did the same one, and I was very careful to make sure it took at least 15 minutes. Mine is in my history as pending complete, but no credit.

It did not credit - I'm remembering why I stopped doing surveys. :(

I just completed the same one and it is showing in my history. I'll update after the top of the hour with whether or not it credits.

Thanks! I had sent a support ticket about one that didn't end correctly and got the same generic 4-6 weeks answer from Jerome. I'll try again just so they are hearing from us.

Ugh - I completed a survey worth 1.90 and it is showing pending complete, but it hasn't credited. I have another one from two weeks ago that shows completed in my history but didn't ever credit, but...

I had one today that didn't credit for the right amount, although a much smaller difference than yours. This was listed as 1.00, both on the ON page and on the redirect when I was asked if I wanted...

I emailed them and they said the survey closed while I was taking it, so that is why no credit. But they said it could still credit if the client accepted my answers. I'm not really counting on...

It has happened twice for me in the past couple of days - once on the food study (0.75 instead of 0.80) and once on one of the advertising/video surveys (0.45 instead of 0.50). Also not worried...
