So it looks like it is fixed but I will need to go in and figure out how many manual credits to give everyone. Apparently they were having an IP address issue and didn't know it until we told them....
Good news! They have figured out what is wrong, I just don't know how long it will take them to fix it. They found 5 surveys in January and 5 in February that they rejected for IP address...
The last time I tried it DID credit. But that was a couple of days ago...I think when one credited for you as well.

I got credit for one today as well when I tested it. Still haven't heard back from the last time I emailed them. :(
No response from them so far. I even offered to take another survey for them to test it.
I just emailed them again. I know my contact was at Affiliate Summit the same as me last week so she has been out of the office a bit. But hopefully she can get back to checking on it today.
In the meantime, I just tested it myself and did NOT get credit so I sent them everything--the email I used, what the survey was about, and the URL of the closing page. Hopefully they can use that to...
So they last credit I see in our account for them for you was on the 17th, but I see that other members have gotten credit since then. How many do you think you have done since the 17th that haven't...

Is there a chance you weren't logged in when you clicked the survey link? Maybe your SR login had timed out? I ask that because there is a credit this morning with "nologin" associated, which means...

I don't see any credits in their system at all yet for today. I'll message them and see if something is broken on their end. Hopefully they will just upload them all and get them caught up for us.
FYI....this is going to be moved to an unlimited daily survey soon. So some of you who have not been trying it may want to start trying it as we get ready to make that change.
So I finally heard back from them that they discovered some "tracking issues." They are still supposed to be getting us the back credits. I will keep an eye out for them but let me know if you see...
I'll email them back asking for more details, especially since you think you completed them on two dates and neither came through.
They said that there were irregularities with your survey URLs. Like maybe you had changed something in the URL and that voided the credit?

I wouldn't take another one just yet unless we hear back from them that it is okay. It's possible that they want you to take more but then they don't end up tracking back to your account and that...
I'll have SunshineGuy check on it. We can figure out the crediting issue and why it disappeared from the list but if the survey itself is glitching with the demo questions, we would have to wait for...
You were the first to complete one so we had to get data before we could make sure the creditor was working. But I think it is all good to go now and should credit within an hour or two!
