I ordered the 20 free and a 5x7, and the quality is really nice, but I never received credit despite a trouble ticket. Bummed, bummed bummed. But they are still nice quality.

How long does it take for credit to show up?? I have not done any shopping here yet, this was the first time. So I am just curious how long it would take!!

I would expect it take at least a day or two. I don't think they would give the credit until they had processed the order and maybe even shipped it out.
