It's pretty much ebay, but JUST buy it nows. You can link from site to site and sometimes when you do searches on ebay it gives you results from ebay express at the bottom. They have their own web addresses, but you use the same username and don't have to sign up again.

I was just looking at favor supplies through ebay express and was curious if the 1% worked or not.

Found the answer...yes! They do pay for all BINs and ebay Express.
