Recieved another members reawards!!!

Todays mail came and It was addressed to me and I did cash out last week for a GC. However whenever I opened it I found the GC weren't what I ordered and another members name was on the letter. I am sure that they are looking for them. I know how i value each of mine.

I have her address and I think I will just mail them on to her in another envelope. However if her rewards are in the envelope addresssed to me then where did my rewards end up????

Leaving for vacation in less than 2 weeks and wanted them for this trip.

Ack! That's a problem. Please file a trouble ticket with the details of what you got and whose name was on the letter and we will figure it out ASAP.
