Ok, so I need some advice.
I purchased a $100 GC from Home Depot. Gave all my usual info, got a confirmation which I printed out. It also said it would email me a confirmation... which I have never received. I have checked my inbox and spam box both. Checked my bank account and the $100 is pending for the Home Depot transaction.
So did the email just get lost in cyberspace? Can I email HD and see if they can send me a new email? Do I have to have an email from them? I think I read somewhere on the forum that without an email I cannot get credit if there is a dispute.
Any suggestions?
