How do you file a TT if the merchant is not listed in the dropdown menu on the TT page? The merchant is listed as under shopping?????

Got my mind wandering and luckily I didn't get lost
If the merchant isn't listed on your drop down menu for TTs it is because you didn't register clicking on the link or it hasn't been 10 days. This could be why you didn't recieve credit. I would open an account question tt and give angie the info that you would have entered in to the other TT and she will see what she can do but I wouldn't hold out alot of hope because since it didn't register your click on SR it most likely didnt register with the merchant either.
