I did three of them and put my info in but I didn't go all the way through the survey. One of them was the belief net one and I ordered a newsletter. Is that what we need to do?

yes, thats what you need to do. Fill out as much as you want, you can do the survey if you want. Sometimes we will get credit, sometimes we don't. Its a gamble with these banners.
