Kodak Gallery Order Questions

I placed an order with Kodak Gallery and have received the prints. I am a little bummed that they felt the need to crop my pictures as they managed to crop out some things I really wanted in the pictures. Has that happened to anyone else?? How long before these orders usually credit?? Thanks

There's options when you upload your pictures on how you want them done. I.e cropping, gloss, matte whether the resolution is high enough etc. Once in a while a picture will come back cropped funny if I edited the picture and changed the resolution on it, but not normally.

Not sure on the credits, if it's manual I'm guessing SR family is playing catch up from being gone all last week. But from what I remember I usually had the credit within a week.
