Halloween items at WDW yet?

I saw the CUTEST Mickey pumpkin bag for trick or treating online. It was on a site of somebody who puts together gifts for WDW guests.

Has anybody who has been there recently noticed if Halloween items are out? If anybody sees these bags, please let me know! I would love to get one for Jack for Halloween (OK two - Emily doesn't NEED one but will probably want one!)

Last year we were there for the first MNSSHP & I think the week of the party I started seeing Halloween items coming out closer to the party than the beginning of the week when we arrived. I may be wrong though...

We saw some pins, and some random halloween decorations, but didn't notice any bags yet

We were there last weekend and saw Halloween decorations and Mickey trick or treat bags as well as other Halloween items in the shops in the Magic Kingdom. Very cute. I was tempted to pick a couple up for the kids. They only had a few.
