Time for a Trouble Ticket?

I placed an order with Home Decorators Collection on 7/2 and nothing is pending yet - I received the order last Friday. Last time I ordered with them I had credit in a week but wondered if shopping credits are a little behind due to the holiday and Tricia's travel. If that's not the case, I'll file the ticket. Thanks!

These were all added today--just in the last hour or so. One thing that we have found with this company is that if you order from the OUTLET, we do not get credit. Otherwise, we usually do.

I'll file a trouble ticket - I don't see the credit, and the purchase wasn't from the outlet. I ordered bookshelves in June - they credited with no problem in just a week. These were the same bookshelves, just in a different size.
