    Default trouble ticket

    I had submitted a trouble ticket for shopping back on 7/3. I was wondering how long do I need to wait for any action on it?

    I only see one trouble ticket from the 3rd that is open. And it is a Shoebuy one that we have already sent off to them and are working through kind of unsuccessfully. But it doesn't match your name.

    That was fast!!!!
    But it was Modell's on 6/25. The ticket date was 7/3.

    oh!!!! It is not an open ticket. It's one that was submitted to the merchant already.

    We don't usually update those because they only go one of two ways--they approve the credit and it magically appears in your account or they deny the credit and it never shows up. We don't go back and update them once they are submitted because it would take so long to try to manually match them all up.

    I just went in to look yours up and we don't have a response yet from them either way. But that is totally normal. It can take up to a month to get a response from some merchants.
