I ordered a beach/pool bag and towels this summer on sale. Shipping was accurate and fast. I ended up needing to exchange a towel (didn't like the colors for my son) and took it to Sears - they had to do a return and new purchase and I worried that I would lose my SR credit, but I did not.

I love Lands End, especially their outlet. I have used them at least 5 or 6 times and have never had a problem with them. I have always gotten SR credit, too!
