Horrible customer service!!
On 9/15/08 I ordered the Pari Deluxe Portable Neb.
received it a few days later it didn't work. Called the company and exchanged for a new one.
On 10/1/08 they shipped a new one but forgot the battery called again and said to just ship the battery
It is now 10/13/08 and we still have no battery for the unit
I have called 3 times you can barely hear the woman on the phone(same one each time) over the radio in the background each time she tells me she's not sure why it hasn't shipped??
I would not buy from them again and definitely would not recommend them.
