How exciting - but I don't know how you are able to keep it a secret - I would be skipping around the house and DH would know something is up. Hope everything works out for you.

Cate!! Thank you!! Thank you for the idea of this! I just got off the phone w/DH's ex-partner & she's totally going to talk to DH's boss & tell him to 1) make something up so his schedule on Wed (night before we leave) is only until 10pm & 2) that DH will be off the rest of the week!!

I totally trust her & she said that his boss is pretty laid back & will be able to keep this from Steve no problem! Woo hoo!! She's going to call me back to just confirm, but how exciting to think I'll be able to get him up, tell him we're going to Disney & then tell him that I've already gotten his days off for him!!

Got word from DH's boss & he's totally in on the plan! Going to switch his hours the day before we leave, so he won't be home late & knows he won't be in the following 3 days!! Woo hoo!

Better yet....our AP vouchers came today! Receipt said before 09/23...it took 6 days!! Magical!!
