Hi cindy. I just wanted to make sure you got my info that I submitted, because I never got an e-mail saying that a trouble ticket was submitted, like I have in the past. Not tring to sound greedy or anything...just wondering how long the prize should take. I have been really diligent about even checking my spam, because on yahoo, you never know. I probably should have given you my other e-mail address so I would se it easier. Anyway...just checking on this. Thanks!

Hi. That was sent on August 28th. Open a TT and I will give you the confirmation number and email it was sent to and then you can just contact them to get it.
