Yup, with me it's my cat. And before I bought it, it had a male tenant in it. Let's just say he wasn't so great at the cleaning. Meant I got a deal as some people wouldn't put in an offer because of it. I figure I'll let my cat completely destroy it and then replace it.

Thank you Tricia I just made another 1.10 in the INS insurance quote one. You guys should go through and try the new free MID offers right now because they have credited for me already as well as trying some of the other small free offers you might not have done.
