Great video! We also prefer Shutterfly for calendars and have been making them for 4 years now- I love looking back at the old ones too! The first few years I did one picture per month, but now I do a collage each month. The way I do it now, is to use photo software (or scrapbooking software) to make a collage page and save it as a .jpg file. Then I can upload that file and put it on whatever month I want. Works really well!
I've already ordered for the grandparents, but I need to order calendars for DH and I. I usually make ours a little different-with more family pictures rather than just the kids.
