Referral Problem

I referred someone last year in November, she signed up, but just never did much because she didn't understand how it all worked. So we were talking about Sunshine over Thanksgiving and she got interested again and tried to log in but it said that her account was inactive, so she just re signed up. I am not worried about not getting the referral credit, but just wanted to let you know, so that there wouldn't be an issue with it looking like she had two accounts.

Have her fill out a Trouble Ticket with both account's information so SR can have a look at everything and get her down to one account so it doesn't pose problems in the future.
