Question: Do I need to set up a user ID, etc? Or just download and install the software? I've got it downloading now, but thought I'd see how much I need to do??

Has anyone gone the next step and used it? I'm trying to get a friend signed up so we can use it but she is reluctant until she hears about someone else's experience.
