Shopping order status?

I've been shopping a little through SR and I never know if the SR computer *got* my order or not. I mean, is there some place I can check to see a pending status on my order?

I know that there's a several week wait to actually be paid. But I never know if I should forward the confirmation email to SR or not. Does the order that's still in progress "show up" somewhere on the site? So that I can see that, yes, SR knows that I've placed an order through them and no confirmation email is necessary?

You should definitely see it in your account history as pending within about 7 days without having to send us anything. Who did you place the order through?

what about dw tickets, I heard they only credit once amonth, should I still see somthing within 7 days?

Those actually take longer. I would give those more like 3-4 weeks.

It truly depends on the merchant. It can be up to a month before we can submit them to the merchant depending on when they fall in the month and when the merchant takes them. Once the status moves to "submitted to merchant" it is all in their hands.

I did the Vista Print t-shirt offer and was just emailed that it was being shipped. But it hasn't shown up. Is this normal?

How about for shopping with hotels? How fast do they credit? We stayed this weekend in Chicago through Choice Hotels and it was EXCELLANT! (and cheap...lol)
