Percentage for MagazineDiscountCenter?

I'm looking at magazines, and I don't see anything under "details" for MagazineDiscountCenter, letting us know what the percentage back is. Is something missing, or is it like amazon?

From what I can see, it's a % back for Super Members. It's 25%.

So it's 0% for regular members? (or those who keep losing SM every other month, LOL)

bumping up, I'm guessing it's a mistake I think regular % back was 19-20%. Hopefully one of the SR ladies can tell us for sure.

Its 12% for non SM.
