Default New recipe from Nuts On The Net

    This looks really good:

    Candy Coated Pecans:
1 large egg white (about 2 tablespoons), at room temperature
1/4 cup loosely packed light brown sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups Zenobia Mammoth Pecans
1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes, optional Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the egg white in a medium sized stainless steel bowl and whisk until frothy. Add the brown sugar and vanilla and stir until smooth. Add the pecans and the coconut, if desired, and stir until well coated. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and arrange in a single layer. Set aside at least 30 minutes and up to two hours. Transfer to the oven and bake, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour. Immediately loosen the nuts with a spatula and set aside to cool.

Go to Nutsonthenet.com to order the best pecans.
If you think you know all the answers, it just means you haven't been asked all the questions.

Cindy...thanks for posting this. This recipe sounds yummy. Plus their nuts are the best. What a great snack or gift this would be!

Here's my favorite recipe for Nuts on the Net:

    1. open bag
    2. insert hand into bag
    3. grab handful of nuts
    4. eat nuts while completing surveys and offers

    NOTES:

Do not try to hide the bag in the kitchen pantry while you are on the computer to cut down on eating so many. This tactic will only drag out the time it takes do complete your online activities, since you will just be getting up over and over to go back into the kitchen to get "just a few more".

On the other hand, all that jumping up and down and walking into the kitchen is good exercise to make up for all that sitting in front of the computer.
