    Default repeat surveys

    I know we are not supposed to do repeat surveys. I only belong to this rewards site. I keep getting the same questions about movies. If I am going through a survey and get the same questions as a previous survey I have already completed, what should I do? At this point, I have just closed the window and quit.

    This needs to be reported to Greenfield. Please open a trouble ticket with all of the detail you can provide. It would even help if you get it again to copy the URL and report it as well. You should not get the same survey more than once.
