I am happy to report that we have only 13 trouble tickets in the "open" or "under SR review" category!! That means that every other ticket has been researched and submitted to the merchants to the best of our ability.

I want to thank all of you for your cooperation with the tickets. When you give us the information that we need to start with, it makes it SOOOOO much easier to get the disputes filed with the merchants. And our success rate tends to be much higher!

If you are one of the 13 remaining tickets that have not been submitted to the merchant or closed, know that we are close to getting through all of them today or tomorrow.
