Shopping credit glitch?
I ordered something from REI yesterday. The credit is in my account as paid today, not pending. While that is pretty impressive, it should be pending. I know there are some merchants that are manual credits, so maybe this is one of them. Just thought I'd let you know - I can wait ten days for my credit!

I've ordered from REI several times and the orders have always credited the next day without pending.
I just chalked it up to a fast efficient merchant with great CS. Combine that with an efficient Tricia....Voila!!!
