Unfortunately, I don't think that it is that they are crediting slow. I think they are pretty much either crediting fast or not crediting at all. There are a few exceptions that I am currently importing. I would say that within the next hour, almost everything will be caught up crediting. Exceptions would be picture.com and the daily surveys for sure. Maybe a couple of others. For anything else I would say 1) if it is NOT a freebie or survey go ahead and file a trouble ticket after 7 days and 2) if it is a freebie or survey, move it out of pending and try it again.

That looks like my pending list except I have a few different ones than you. I'm going to retry them in the beginning of June (after vacation) and see if they will go through then.
