I bought a pair of crocs on Sunday during the 20% off sale - got them today. I probably need the next size...if I exchange them I know they will honor the 20% but will I keep my credit?

What I've done is just bought the right size/shoe and returned the others, but that may not help with the 20%. That way it "evened" out. I think it all evens out some how in the end?Originally Posted by ligrumpygirl

Maybe I will wait and see if they run another 20% soon...I won't be wearing them until the really hot weather comes.

From my experience they will debit your SR account. The good news is they are really good at working with Ms. Angie to give it back to you. It may take a little while but you'll get it back. At least I did. But the next time I have to exchange for another size I will just return and rebuy then I won't have to go through the TT stuff. Less work for Angie and if I need to cashout my money is there without any additional waiting. KWIM.
