Shopping credits?

I placed an order with Cheryl&Co on 5/4 and Office Depot on 5/8. Neither one is in pending yet. How long do I wait to put in a trouble ticket. I know it takes 3-4 weeks to get the actual credit, but usually I see it in pending within a few days of ordering.

Give it at least 10 days, I usually try to wait two weeks.
