Overall, they seem pretty good. The books I got when I signed up were great and they arrived in the mail pretty quickly. They are always sending me emails with special offers, but I have yet to make another purchase from them so I still have to fulfill my signup commitment. They did send me some things I didn't want so I sent them back and they took the charges off my account right away.

My credit for signing up showed up in my account history quickly too.
