I just wanted to ask anyone that has placed an order thru here how long it took for the pending credit to show. I placed an order on 4/27 and don't see anything yet. I'm just anxious to see that $8.00 boost in my account!

These used to be manual but now post in about 48 hours. I would definitely open a trouble ticket.

I have had to open trouble tickets after two of my purchases through 1-800-petmeds....but I have always gotten the credit.

It should have benn pending a while ago...open the ticket!

I was trying to be a good and patient SRer (waiting the 30 days to open a TT). I'll open one now, thanks for the info!!

I actually did a bit of sniffing around because I was surprised that this didn't credit. Since we want to auto credit, everything has credited! It turns out that you made your purchase on the day that we started running the autocreditor and were still getting the bugs out. So I credited your account manually and we should be good on these from now on.
