Why did my hotel credit show up as $0.00?

I booked a Best Western stay for Sept 10, 2007. I thought it wasn't supposed to credit until after our stay. It does not show up in my current pending offers. However, it does show up in my account history for $0.00? Is that supposed to happen?

This reserving hotels through SR is new to me, so I wasn't sure if this was right or not.

I believe that is correct. I booked a reservation through a rental car company and the same thing occurred with the $0.00. It is my understanding that once the reservation has taken place, the actual dollar amount will show up.

There was an old thread that I remember where Tricia said as long as you see the zero amount come through within a week of booking your reservation, you know that it is tracking properly and you're good to go! HTH

It shows up so that you know it is tracking correctly. It will credit for the correct amount once your complete your reservation. Lucky You. It is tracking correctly.
