Limited Time Survey: African-American Women (USA) only

I just put up a really limited survey. We may even be too late, but I figured I would put it up. If it applies to you, give it a shot and let me know if it works. If not, I will pull it back down:

I just finished the survey, it worked fine after installing a new version of flash player. I had to change from FF to IE to get it back, once the player was updated. It could get tricky and not let you back into the survey. I rand the cccleaner, changed my browser to IE, I was able to cofmplete it. Its is in pending now, I will post one way or other if it credits. I am not sure of the turn around time. Do you know that Trish? Thanks for your help.
