Disney Meets Autism !!!!

I am so excited, that i just had to share!!! I have been looking for some kind of shirt or pin for our family to wear on our Disney vacation in support of our 4 yr old son who has autism. Primarily it is for our love and support of him, but sadly, I must admit, to also help with the many 'looks' that we get when he has one of his meltdowns, or when we use our Guest Assistance Card when everyone in our group looks 'normal' Anyway...I found the amazing designers on the DiSign thread on the Disboard...I have been working with one in particular, Kari. And look what they have created for us! I am so excited I could cry (actual did cry). The Stitch one is my absolute favorite because we have been calling Liam, "Stitch" since he was little. He is very much like him...crazy, wild and sometimes destructive...but the sweetest lovable little critter in the world. I am printing them all out and making tshirts for our family trip in two weeks!

Those are such cute designs. How do you put them on tshirts?

You just print them onto tranfser paper and then iron them onto shirts.

I love the first two. Stitch reminds me of a 3-4 year old child Maybe that's why he is so loveable

Those are awesome! I agree, it's a very nice reminder for everyone! Everyone is different, we shouldn't judge....especially at the most magical place on earth!! I'm sorry you've gotten looks. I've recently become more aware & understanding myself as my friend's twins were diganosed earlier this year.
