    I have never been a fan of firefox actually. It is so hit or miss.

    clearing cookies....Ok, I have no idea how to do this! Computer illiterate here, could someone please help?!

    If your using Windows IE It's under tools --> Internet Options --> Delete --> Cookies and I would also delete Temp. Internet files.
