Church & Dwight?

A few weeks ago there was a shopping link for Church & Dwight. It was cleaning supplies. I can not find it on SR anymore. Does anyone know anything about this. I actually ordered some oxyclean products and pet odor products. But I just got an email from them that they could not complete my order and I need to call them.

They had a problem with their shopping cart. I think it rejected all of the orders from the last 2 weeks (since they moved to a new system). They asked us to take their link down until they could be sure that the cart was working properly again. So I am guessing that they just scrapped all of those orders. The person we are working with there is VERY well known in our industry, so I feel confident that it's legit. They just need to fix the tech problems.

I do not seem them listed in the shopping category. Were they removed until they fix the problem? If I call them and finish my order over the phone do I still get SR credit?

As Tricia said they requested that their link be taken down until they fix the tech problems. If you call and order you will NOT get SR credit so if you can hold out until they fix the issue then I would do that. If not...then you can always get credit next time.
