shopping credits

ok im new here and recently i bought from snapfish and the disney store have the items and the credit is not showing up in my account.any ideas?

Sounds like you will have to file a trouble ticket for each. It's odd that two would not show up. But if you are new to rewards shopping, it's quite possible that there is a setting on your computer that is blocking the credits from appearing automatically. You can do a "Trouble Ticket" and then "Request Credit" for each purchase so that Angie can look them up and help you figure out what might have happened and hopefully still get the credits.
