I'm a sally beauty addict, so I was thrilled to see them as an SR merchant. I made my first order last week-they were quick, accurate, well packaged (I had two nailpolishes in my order). I returned an item in store, and that was painless.
Edit 12/14/09-I had two items in my order (one was a free GWP) that did not ship. Despite being in stock when I ordered, they are now "unavailable," which sally did not communicate to me. This will effect whether I shop them online again.
