shopping credit questions...open a trouble ticket?

just wondering what would be the right course of action...I placed an order the other day through SR. Today, the credit showed up as pending, but the amount is less than what I thought it would be. One of the items I ordered did not ship yet, so maybe that's part of the reason why the credit is less, but it still doesn't calculate right. Should I open a trouble ticket for this? Thanks

Open a trouble ticket and include all of the information about the original order and what actually shipped so that Angie can research it.
