I signed up and ordered photos from Kodak Gallery. As a new customer I was expecting the 5.00. My account has a hold for the % instead. Did I miss something?
My only thought would be that they treated you like an old customer for some reason. Angie would need to check it out through a trouble ticket.

I did the same thing on Sunday and was only credited the % and not the $5.00 as a new customer. I did receive the free 20 photos in my order but that's it. I filed a TT on Monday and when I check my TT it's not there now. Any advice?
Not sure where a trouble ticket would go (unless it was deleted because it wasn't past 7 days and there wasn't anything we could do?). But if more than one of you had the same thing happen, it sounds like a system glitch. I'll send a message to SunshineGuy about it but if it doesn't show up fixed in your account after 7 days, go ahead and file the trouble ticket.

I've been busy all day and just logged onto SR. What a nice surprise to see to see my credit for the initial sign-up rather than the % for Kodak Gallery. Thank you so much for taking the time to investigate this for me!
One thing I forgot, the % is still pending in my account so I believe that needs to be taken back.
