I have shopped there a few times in the past and received credit- including an order I placed on Aug 29th and received credit for on Sept 4th. Sorry you are having issues with them- that's frustrating!!

I have honestly lucked out and gotten credit for all the shopping orders that I have done...I know I did one with JoAnn about 10 days ago and had the credit within 3 days.

I have ordered from Joann.com several times and always gotten credit. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with them. I hope it credits!
