It's hiding under Offers---Freebie Offers. Use the drop down list there to find it, but be warned that freebie offers are essentially selling your information.

Is there a trick to getting these to credit?

I tried a couple yesterday because I couldn't get any surveys, and nothing credited. For example, I tried the bounce offer above and nothing. Do I have to move it to pending to get it to credit?

I do move mine to pending, but that's just to get it off my available offers list. You have to wait 30 days between trying for offers if they don't credit. Offers are often hit or miss for most people. You have to go to the end of the offer until you can't go any further, clicking next or skip as needed. If you get up to a page that says to sign up for X gold/silver/platimum offers, click on however many it says.

A few things that I do are to make sure you have your email empty and open in a different tab before you start. This helps you locate confirmation emails that much faster. Since offers generate a lot of spam, it is not advisable to use your primary email address.

I also close everything first before starting an offer, run CCleaner, and then leave everything except my SR tab, email tab, and offer crap closed. I'm not sure if it helps or not, but I have heard it helps shopping credit. I do not bother to close out the million pop ups the offer will open up until I'm completely done, and even then, I'll wait a little while to give it a chance to credit first.
