    Default Response to TT?

How long does it usually take to get a response to a trouble ticket? I ordered from OneHanesPlace on Aug. 19 and put a TT in on Aug. 28. I haven't heard anything back yet. It says allow up to 5 days for an initial response to a TT. I know we had Labor Day weekend over this period. But if I'm counting correctly (and I'm starting on the 29th since I put the TT in on the night of the 28th), it has been 7 business days. (I've gone into my account history and no pending is showing up on the 19th). Thanks.

It could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. It all depends on what has to be done with the company I believe. I know Tricia said a few days ago she was very busy trying to solve each one of these.

Then it is waiting to be submitted to the merchant. Some merchants only let SR submit disputes once a week or once a month. Sometimes they have to wait for a few and submit all at once. You will see the ticket change to "submitted to merchant" once that happens it is all in the hands of the merchant.

Thanks! I haven't done a lot of shopping before, so I didn't know. BUT I did get 2 cents from an e-bay shop the other day... add that to another 26 cents e-bay credit and I'm just rolling in the dough!
