i just finished otx survey, how often do they credit? do these credit on the weekends of do we have to wait til monday?

Newbie question: So I signed up last night and tried to answer a survey or 2. They are set to a clock, so I can't try again til late tonight, right?

If so, what would happen if I were to try now, this morning? Would it just not work, so there would be no harm or would it mess me up and get me in trouble? I am not sure exactly what time I can try again.
