synovate problem

I tried to do the synovate offer... I filled in all the information, and when I tried to submit it, it kept complaining about my first name. I tried refilling it and other things I could think of... but it kept complaining about my first name field...

Is it just me?

It did the same thing to me last night. I just cleared out my name twice and it took it the third time and credited right away.

I have no idea what was going on. My first name isn't that weird!

MIne did the same thing. Over and over even after clearing cookies. Not sure what else to do.
