Cashing Out

Hi

I am new and trying to cash out my account. I have $30.69 and when I press the button it says, "You have not entered a payment account." I have a Paypal account.

Will someone please tell me what I am doing wrong and how to cash out.

That's strange. Do you have your Paypal address listed in the Paypal Account box in your Account information page?

I don't know what you mean by Paypal address. I have Paypal listed as method of payment. There is a field that says payment account under that -- do I need to put something in that field?

Yes you need to write the paypal account that you use to get money. Whatever your email account is at paypal.

So it says payment methos --you have paypal
Then Payment account--your email address at paypal.

Does that make sense?

That did the trick -- when it said account -- I was thinking account number or something --- not email address -- duh!!
