    I just got this credit, and I was going to report it,
    because I knew I didn't buy shoes in a long time.
    But then I went to look in my Trouble Ticket report and saw this message.

    Message: When closing out old tickets, I always double check our reports for missing credits. It appears this transaction did credit!! The credit was based on an order total of $69.39. Congrats on finally getting a missing credit.Thanks,

    Thanks, my boss is on vacation for 2 weeks,
    and it's like me, trying to clean my desk, and finding
    lost things, this week.

    I was surprised to see it too! Sometimes merchants take care of us and then don't respond back. That's why I always check before closing the tickets.
