Correct. If you use coupons from other sites or ones sent directly to you, the merchant has the right to refuse to give us credit.

If the coupon code is located directly on their website you can use it as well. So if you head over to Disney shopping and they have a Free Shipping code on the homepage you can use it and still get credit if that makes sense.
