out of luck?

I just realized that I bought something on ebay about two weeks ago. Hasn't shown up in my account yet. I will file a TT, but I can't find the email confirmation. I can pull it up on my ebay account, but I think I deleted the email. Anything I can do? Or am I out of luck. It wasn't an expensive item or anything, so not a huge deal. But I always go through SR, and could kick myself for deleting the email!

eBay won't take disputes from us anyway. They have told us that we get what we get. So we can try to verify purchase numbers/date/amount against our account, but they wouldn't let us go any further than that anyway.
